The Mycenter-2 is most suitable for the high-speed machining of small parts that are made of aluminum, light alloys, etc. These machines are now in operation in a wide range of fields, including the optical instrument, office equipment, and electronics industries. The spindle of the Mycenter-2 is equipped with a special drive system which attains very high speeds (5,000r.p.m. standard and 7,500r.p.m. optional) and maintains quiet, high-precision, continuous machining operations over a long preiod of time with minimal thermal displacement and negligible variations in machining accuracy.
