Description:
The PBAX profiler is a heavy-duty, reciprocating hand tool. This profiler will eliminate hours of tedious labor involved with filing stoning, polishing, lapping, or deburring. Strong enough for heavy jobs, yet sensitive enough for all types of delicate work, the PBAX profiler saves both time and money when finishing plastic injection molds and die cast cavities, forging and extrusion dies, or other operations requiring a reciprocating motion. Snaps onto Foredom style "key-tipped" drive cable flexshaft units. Stroke adjustments are made via a set screw on the center cam. An optional Air Cooling Kit allows operation of the PBAX profiler beyond 4,000 strokes per minute without overheating
