SALES TAX

Sales Taxes will be charged upon the "point of sale".  This means, if you have an item shipped to you, or brought to you by rigging or trucking firm - the sales tax that Machinesused.com must charge will be at YOUR LOCATION.  If you pick up an item directly at the sale location yourself, Machinesused.com must charge the Sales Tax for the Location of the Item.

Thare are states that Machinesused.com has to collect taxes for, unless the buyer provides us with an exemption form from that state.  There are also some states that we have not met the criteria necessary to be forced to charge the sales taxes for that state.  (See states below that we must charge sales taxes for - unless provided with proper exemption form for that state)

RESELLERS
If you are a RESELLER of the Items you are purchasing - PLEASE SEND US YOUR RESALE EXEMPTION FORM - Or we will have to charge applicable sales tax.

MANUFACTURERS
If you are a manufacturer, and subject to your state's exemption from sales tax, YOU MUST SEND US YOUR EXEMPTION FORM - OR WE HAVE TO CHARGE THE APPLICABLE SALES TAX. If you provide us your exemption prior to auction completion, we can deduct from your invoice in advance.
